I see the moon...

And the moon sees me... We all know the rest, no need to continue the ditty. This is what I was privy to this morning when I got up.

I just finished a 3,000 word essay on the subject of my intuition with regard to photography and archiving or collecting. For those who enjoy Jacques Derrida, Walter Benjamin and similar type thinkers, and don't mind getting lost in deep thought, I will post it for your reading pleasure. One interesting result of having written this paper is that I have been freed of Old Montreal. I know, sounds weird. Just read the paper (or simply the conclusion) to find out why.

The Oddest Rainbow

A few days ago, YMC let out a scream, told everyone to grab a camera and to look towards the south shore... This is what was in the sky. A rainbow so huge, its beginning looked vertical. Just imagine the pot of gold at the end of this one!
