Ode to spring!

I am not usually a "flower photographer" but these tulips swaying in the wind and bathed in sunshine were a sure sign of a season coming into its maturity (spring is almost over!) By this heat we're having lately, they will not last the week either..so here's to spring!

Flowering chives! Who would have thought chives could look this good! My favorite kind of depth of field...the shallow one! The things you can find in Old Montreal if you look hard enough.
