La caverne d'Ali Baba

This is on the outskirts of Old Montreal, on the west side.  On the otherside of the Bonaventure highway (those are the train tracks you see behind the buidling, coming out of Mtl central station).  I obviously houses art and most probably artists' studios and such, anyone know about this place?  I was a bit hesitant to go nose around.  Maybe next time.  The buidling though is wonderful, of a bygone era.
