An empty resto

So, tomorrow morning I get to photograph the inside of an empty restaurant other than mine...sort of a legendary Mtl spot. I will bring the d100 but more importantly, the other camera, so that I can try to grab that inegmatic behind the scenes feeling of the world of the restaurant owner. Before it opens, after it closes and all it takes to make it function. I do have a privileged place into this world and somehow I feel that it is my job to show that to the outside world. I wonder if that comes through, or will come through in my shots. Others will tell me and hopefully... It just clicked when I thought of it. Then what? Show it, in black and white, to try to transmit it.
